All purchased Eternal Member Certificates (ELCs) have been purchased with the aim of obtaining a demonstrable amount of at least 1.2 to 1.5 million euros for B of Joy co-op with a minimum of 10,000 certificate holders. When applying for the Internet banking license, this amount is one of the conditions set. Your deposited money is therefore used as a cover and remains under management as such. Read on the B of Joy co-op website: FAQ 1.3. Your ELC is not a membership fee or a payment method. It is your share in the B of Joy co-op bank in formation. In order to achieve an accelerated B of Joy co-op realization, it was decided to start with the URA platform as phase 1. Please also read question 4 on this page and for completeness: The purpose of the URA platform.

9. What do the letters URA stand for? What is it short for?
The abbreviation URA is a contraction of the words URen and Arbeid, this means hours and labor in Dutch. An hour of labor spent today will still be one hour of labor in 10 years' time.
